Comment: This is a great cookbook. It was originally published in Canada and the names for some of the vegetables are different, but it doesn't really matter. Everthing I've made has been sooo good.

Comment: I love pasta...who doesn't? But I liked this book, not only for the delicious recipes, but because of the color photos of all the different pastas and their names. It would also make a great gift along with a bag or box of pasta.

Comment: This is absoultely one cookbook that everyone should own. We own the entire series and there is no other cookbook like it. There are beautiful pictures for every recipe and the recipes are very unique, interesting, and delicious. Several recipes will suggest ingredients that may be difficult or expensive to find but the recipes can also be simplified. My husband loves to cook and looooves this entire series of cookbooks. This cookbook will help any chef tap into their creativity and explore their passion for cooking and take it to a new level.

Comment: I'm cooking my way through this book - it's wonderful - great pictures, great recipes, clear directions, weights (grams and ounces)as well as meaures given for each ingredient- so many ideas to try! We bought this a few weeks ago when we bought a set of pasta rollers and cutters for our kitchenaid - now I can't keep enough pasta on hand. We had to buy ravioli stamps, a pasta "bike", drying rack, etc., etc. - blame it on this beautiful book.

Comment: Excellent book. Some very easy inexpensive recipies. Wide variety with pictures so you can see how it is supposed to look. I love this book.
