Summary: Good recipes, quick meals 2010-08-28
Comment: I've cooked many recipes out of this book and they were all easy to make, quick and tasty. The one thing I dislike about the chicken recipes is that many of them start off with a store bought 'roasted chicken'. The book contains many glossy pictures of the food, it is quite satisfying to look at the dish you made and see that it looks just like the picture. This is really a collection of recipes, not a instructional cookbook.
